We offer a performance clause that offers to replace the security officer as soon as practical at no additional expense to our client.

Yes, our coverages far exceeds the minimum set forth by the Texas DPS. Some clients may want more coverage and we will be happy to oblige. Special insurance policies for unique situations may also be taken out to complete a security need as well.

Service can begin as soon as we understand what our client wants and needs, get agreement signed, and properly prepare our service personnel.  Often we can begin service in a few days, or sooner in emergencies.

Yes, there is a supervisor on staff conducting random checks on all officers. Our guards are required to check in and check out with a dispatcher.

Yes we do. If one of our officers were to ever get injured on the job they would be covered by our workers’ comp insurance.
